How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for best vehicle selection. Same-day bookings are accepted based on availability. For special events (weddings, Art Basel, Ultra), book 1-2 weeks ahead.

Can I book online or do I need to call?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, corporate accounts, and cash. Payment can be made online during booking or directly to your chauffeur.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes! Modifications are free up to 6 hours before pickup. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Contact us for details.

Do you have surge pricing like Uber?

No! We offer fixed rates that never change. No surge pricing during holidays, bad weather, or rush hour. Your quote is your price, guaranteed.

Is gratuity included in the rate?

Standard 15% gratuity is included in most quoted rates. Check your confirmation email or ask during booking. Additional gratuity for exceptional service is always appreciated but never required.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. Our rates include chauffeur gratuity, tolls, parking, fuel, and taxes. The only additional charges would be for special requests (champagne, flowers) that you approve in advance.

What types of vehicles do you have?

Our fleet includes luxury sedans (Lincoln Town Car, Cadillac XTS), SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban), Mercedes Sprinter vans (up to 14 passengers), and stretch limos (up to 10 passengers).

How old are your vehicles?

All vehicles in our fleet are less than 3 years old. We maintain the highest standards and replace vehicles regularly to ensure comfort, safety, and reliability.

Are your vehicles clean?

Every vehicle is professionally detailed before each trip—interior vacuum, window cleaning, leather conditioning, and disinfection. Your vehicle will be spotless.

What amenities are included in vehicles?

All vehicles feature complimentary WiFi, phone chargers (USB and wireless), bottled water, climate control, premium sound systems, and privacy partitions (where applicable).

Chauffeurs & Service

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?

Yes! All chauffeurs are fully licensed, commercially insured, background-checked, and drug-tested. They complete defensive driving certification and ongoing customer service training.

What if I have a problem with my chauffeur?

Do chauffeurs help with luggage?

Absolutely! Your professional chauffeur will assist with all luggage loading and unloading. They'll also open doors and provide any assistance you need.

Can I request a specific chauffeur?

Airport Service

Do you track flights for delays?

Yes! We automatically monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. Your chauffeur will be there when you land.

How much wait time is included at the airport?

We include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from your actual flight landing time. This gives you plenty of time to collect luggage, clear customs, and reach the pickup area without rush.

Where will the driver meet me at MIA?

Your chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area holding a sign with your name. Exact meeting instructions for your terminal are provided in your confirmation email.

What if I can't find my driver?

Special Requests

Can you provide child car seats?

Yes! We provide complimentary infant seats, child seats, and booster seats upon request. Specify the age and weight of children when booking so we can install the appropriate safety seats.

Can I bring alcohol in the vehicle?

Passengers 21+ may bring and consume alcohol. We can also arrange champagne service for special occasions (additional fee applies). No open containers are allowed when the vehicle is stopped.

Do you allow pets?
